At Cleo Lash Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality professional lash products.

Due to the hygienic and professional nature of our products, the following policy applies:

🔒 Adhesives & Liquids (FINAL SALE)

All lash adhesives, bonders, serums, and liquid-based products are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Lash glues (Flex Bond, Bond Pro)
  • Loyal Bond
  • Lash serums
  • Lash shampoo
  • Any opened liquid product

This is for safety and sanitary reasons.

📦 Lash Trays, Tools & Accessories

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • No seals broken

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • Product has been opened
  • Product has been used
  • Seal has been broken
  • Item is damaged due to improper storage

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper storage
  • Incorrect humidity/temperature conditions
  • Incorrect application techniques
  • Allergic reactions

It is the technician’s responsibility to test products before client use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging

We will review and resolve promptly.
